The Tingkeban tradition is a form of pregnancy ritual for the Hindu community in Java which has been carried out generations and intended fetuses that are still womb. when gestational age seven months Javanese calendar starting from beginning time refers to first day mother's menstruation ends will be between before or after fifteenth day. Because it avoids lunar eclipses these dates. not only by Hindus non-Hindu people, but all religions originating tribe carry this as respect well repelling reinforcements so later fetus expectant mother always have smooth delivery during childbirth.
 This research qualitative with data collection techniques natural settings (natural conditions), researchers used observation, interviews, document study literature study. results procession implementing preparation facilities infrastructure, genduren thanksgiving, breaking priyuk, splitting coconuts, splashing changing clothes. following functions: (1) function preserving (2) sradha devotional services, (3) social function. meanings contained implementation meaning increasing service, tattwa tradition, ceremony tradition.
